Refund policy

We offer a 3-day return period, which means you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us. Kindly note that all approved returns must be sent to the following address: Sfax, Route Gremda, Km 6.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it properly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may also need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
